GWB could send her a message by bombing Iran this moment.
I don’t disagree that a lot of Christians would be offended by a Muslim worshiping allah inside of a church. My question is whether or not we should be. It is God’s house, not ours. The very fact that he entered would be a good step at hearing the Word... perhaps we should see such an event as a blessing to the poor soul.
I draw the line, though, at allowing imams in for a worship service... it is not their church. If a Buddhist, Hindi, Muslim or any other wants to come and pray to their concept of god in God’s own house (nondisruptively) I say leave them to God.
Now don’t misunderstand me. I don’t think there is anything wrong that she says a prayer inside the mosque, but to make the cross is more then I can stand
Bad Dhimmi Bad Dhimmi Naughty Dhimmi
You are right!
I probably should have pinged you too...
St. John the Baptist’s tomb is in a MOSQUE!! Sans head of course.
NIXON’S BACK!
Pelosi can do ANYTHING because the Muslims KNOW she’s on THEIR SIDE!!
Yes...right before Jesus’ crucifixion, John the Baptist was beheaded.
John the Baptist Tomb is not a part of the Prayer Mosque where muslims pray. It is located in a part of the mosque that is not considered holy by muslims. As I said before many Christian pilgrims visit the shrine, kneel, make the sign of the cross, and pray there. This has been a tradition for centuries and it is not new. It is a way to make money from Christian pilgrims.
...rumored that the Knights Templar had possession of the head
Some Christians believe that the head on display in San Silvestro in Capite in Rome is that of John the Baptist.
Some believe that it is buried in the town of Halifax, West Yorkshire, England.[4]
Others believe the current location to be in Turkish Antioch, or southern France.
John's right hand, with which he baptised Jesus, in the possession of the Serbian Orthodox Church in the Cetinje monastery.
The relics of John the Baptist are also said to be in the possession of the Coptic Orthodox Monastery of Saint Macarius the Great in Scetes, Egypt.
It is said John the Baptist's arm and piece of his skull can be found at the Topkapı Palace in Istanbul, Turkey.
Geez, this guy's all over the place.
John the Baptist started his own ~ I believe the followers are called Sabean Mandean. It still exists.
John was not a Christian you know.
I thought The Sculls had it in their club house at Yale. GWB and GHB should know.
John is Jesus’s cousin.
What is that supposed to be? It’s NOT the Sign of the Cross.
It’s an old Muslim tradition, grabbing ahold of infidels and keeping them.
After he was baptized by Christ he was.
