Ooooh totally cool. I made and downloaded one. Now how to up load to FR? I need a webhost somewhere and then link to it......(I did this years ago on FR and since forgot, drat!)
Run Fred Run!
Not surprising; thanks for sharing about this.
You can Google those yourself. Here is another with a diffent take.

"I'm with you. I can't and won't vote for Rudy or McCain. And, if the nomineee isn't suitable, I just won't vote. And I won't give any money, either."
Even if it means Hillary or Obama being elected? Are you one of the people who didn't vote and helped to bring us Pelosi and a Dem majority?
I don't think McCain or Rudy are great candidates for the Conservative Right but if voting for one of them keeps the Dems away then I'll hold my nose and vote. In that case, it's not a vote for one of them, but a vote against the Dems.
Here is what he said on Fox News Sunday on March 11, 2007 in response to a question by Chris Wallace:
"WALLACE: Do you want to overturn Roe vs. Wade?
THOMPSON: I think Roe vs. Wade was bad law and bad medical science. And the way to address that is through good judges. I don't think the court ought to wake up one day and make new social policy for the country. It's contrary to what it's been the past 200 years.
We have a process in this country to do that. Judges shouldn't be doing that. That's what happened in that case. I think it was wrong."
So which group to you think he sides with, pro-life or pro-choice?
Even though, his not running for reelection gave us weak sister Lamarr Alexander, I have great respect for Fred.
I live in Tennessee, and can remember Fred stating his views on abortion as coming across as weak on the pro life side. Can't state dates and times, but at the time, even though it was a problem for me, I still voted for him. As it turned out, it was the right choice, as he voted pro life every time.
this statement is so fraught with misconceptions, it is hard to know where to start. #1, there are very few opposed to rudy as the nominee who HATE him, the large majority like and respect him and see him as totally inappropriate to be the republican nominee based on, yes, his ideology and his personal history. #2 rudy himself is responsible for the personal life that is being attacked. Actions have consequences, he engaged in the behavior and now has to take the consequences that having that in his past bring to him. Taking responsibility for one's actions is a conservative principle. #3, did the rudyfans seriously think that the liberal positions and sordid personal history would NOT be a problem? I hear much wailing and gnashing of teeth on FR about how unfair these attacks are. I refuse to believe that rudyfans are that naive that they didn't conceive of this being a problem. If he can't take this from those within his own party, his candidacy is totally hopeless because the MSM and dem opposition, when they are ready to turn their sights on Rudy, will make the flame wars on FR look like childs play.
Umm Dude, get a clue, issues are a completely legitimate criteria on which to choose a candidate. And with Rudy, its not even a single issue we have a problem with, but rather multiple ones.
Fred bump
Herein lies the rub. We are allowing the DNC and Hitlery to define *our* candidate simply because of fear. Fear has strangled the party since 2000. We had Congress and the Presidency and fear of the dems kept us from doing much, and yet we still lost in 06.
Rudy might be good in the WOT but so would Fred. But would you rather win the WOT but lose the republic to dem ideals *of which many Rudy supports), or would you prefer to win the WOT and keep the republic. I for one chose the latter, and will not be forced into choosing a candidate solely because I fear Hitlery.
Personally, I think Fred can beat the beast.
Or he's man enough to openly admit his mistakes and base future actions on those experiences.
Bingo!
