From the taking of our money that we work hard to earn and use to provide for our loved ones - to the direct communication, sympathy, and willingness to give the benefit of the doubt to those who wish to kill us - liberals are attempting to construct a society that few of us should wish to live in. Should they be left to their own devices they will rig the system to their own benefit and only the voices of "We the People" are able to stop them. Very true!

"E" over "I" equals disaster in most cases.

You gotta put Jessie and Al in there somewhere...two
of the most Revered con-men on the planet, as that other
New York intellectual wizard, Imus, would say?? JK

This should be a weekly thing.

Anybody interested in a very fascinating lecture on how liberals think should view comedian/comedy writer Evan Sayet's words to The Heritage Foundation a while back.
"How Liberals Think" by Evan Sayet
Also check out Evan's blog. GREAT STUFF!!

This should be a weekly thing. Nah, you do it once and from then on out you just change the names and a few specifics, the essense remains the same.

John Travolta, not to be outdone, felt free to lecture movie goers at the British premiere of his new movie, about the perils of global warming as well. Shortly thereafter it was discovered that as he was busy adding up some 30,000 flight miles in the past year, on his personal fleet of five airplanes, his personal carbon emissions rate stood at 800 tons; more than 100 times the average person.
In all fairness to Travolta, he admitted that perhaps he wasn't the best person to be talking about the issue because of the amount of fuel he consumes.

He also did much of the piloting himself, which is far more respectable than most other limousine liberals.

The problem with the Left isn't that they are wrong, it's that they are bad. They know better.

Liberals are almost always wrong, on nearly everything, and to not recognize it accelerates our own, painful, and dramatic destruction. Hmmm. Try as I might, I can't find fault with this man's conclusions! ;'}

Thanks for the Sayet presentation. The man has it right. I've been saying that for years.
Liberals must equivocate every issue so that no one is wrong.
BTW, I am going to have trouble when my son reaches school because I don't intend to force him to believe he has to "share" everything he has.

You are very welcome. Wasn't that a powerful, clear presentation? From a new conservative, too. I'll be visiting Sayet's blog daily!
glad you enjoyed it and please pass it on! :)

I second that recommendation! The link to that video should be emailed to everyone we know asking them to also pass it on. People will instantly see why they should stop trying to reason with indiscriminate "thinkers".
A discriminating shopper is a shopper who is engaging in the essence of rational thought.
Indiscriminate thinkers aren't even able to bring themselves to discriminate between countries.
Only if one is willing to suspend his rational thinking processes should he engage in "debate" with an indiscriminate "thinker". They "learned everything they ever needed to know in the 5th grade".

They do so because they adopt a worldview that is based on "what feels good." They follow impulses instead of moral standards. And they seem to cheer for our enemies instead of our allies. Which when you think of it seems to be a defining characteristic of someone who has lost their mind. It's simpler than that. Liberalism requires that its useful idiots not listen to conservatives, since if they listened to conservatives they wouldn't remain liberal. Therefore, the useful idiots must be taught to regard everything conservatives say as wrong. Since conservatives are, in fact, right more than 50% of the time, it logically follows that the messages the useful idiots follow will be wrong more than 50% of the time.
