Forget talent. Good grief, did you see NYCR's hair???
;-)
Sorry, couldn't resist.

Your a idiet. If you're going to (rather inarticulately) call someone you disagree with an "idiot," at least spell the damned word correctly!

One that has been around for a while but has just shown up again in the last two days is the ability for poster on FR to claim that they don't believe and don't trust the MSM stories, yet when the MSM post a negative story about any religious figure in the U.S., they swallow it hook line and sinker and take time out to bash the leader even though, almost without exception, the MSM have taken the leader's comments out of context or misquoted them. This week it's Dobson. Happens every time.

For the record, all things being equal (if all were electable), of the declared or close-to-declared candidates,
1. Hunter
2. Thompson
3. Brownback
4. Romney.
5. T. Thompson
6. Rudy
7. McCain or Huckabee.
Being that Hunter's got no chance, my pragmatic choices are:
1. Thompson
2. Romney
3. Rudy

Well, I prefer hemp shoes, cruelty-free meat and recycling, but I haven't yet felt the need to post a vanity lembasting others for not agreeing with my preferences...

I'm sure I'll get blasted for this*************
Well, that's one thing we agree should happen. Now I have to go shopping.

Nice spelling. You write two words and mis-spell one of them.

No pounding from me. You put a lot of thought into this. I partcularly like your take on Rudy/Hillary. If it came down to those to (& it might), Rudy gets my vote -- and for exactly the reasons you cite.

I'm sure there are things about FR that drive just about every poster nuts (mine: fundamentalist Christians), but I've found it much easier to ignore - or at least not post in - threads that I know are going to make me nuts.

Forget talent. Good grief, did you see NYCR's hair??? The hair's unfortunate, but the fact the he typed this while doing the full twisting 2 and 1/2 in the pike position is what sold me.
To: NYC Republican
Good. that means you'll jump on the Hunter bandwagon instead of preaching against him when he gets to top tier status.

Series. Is this worth a vanity? With a population of 50 thousand posters and 5 million lurkers we can hardly expect laserlike coherence.

What really annoys me is those ice cube trays that refuse to give up the ice cubes unless you beat it with a mallet...and then you get just little pieces of ice instead of a decent size cube. Hope I didn't offend anyone.

Will appoint the right judges.
Yet, in the past he has supported exactly the wrong kind of judges, so why would I believe that?
You're wrong on most of these, except one: 2 years of the dems will automatically get the GOP back in 08 (I think it will help the GOP, but they have to do something besides say 'the dems are worse than we are').
For most of us who don't like Giuliani it's not a single issue: it's three. His pro-abort stance, his anti-2nd amendment stance, and notwithstanding his promises, his history of supporting exactly the wrong kind of judges.

*** Single Issue Voters *** For Rudy, it's not a "Single Issue" problem. Its: 1- Guns 2- Gay Rights 3- Abortion 4- Immigration 5- Judicial Appointments But if taxes were the single issue that Conservatives cared about, he might do just fine.bingo!!!!!!and as another NY Registered Repub....I love what Rudy did for NYC, but he is not what Red State America is all about and can never be POTUS...he is not much better than the Hildabeaste in that respect....
