I actually thought all 16 pardoned by Clinton were prosecuted in Chicago, I know at least 11 were. Some of the crimes they were involved in were in NYC, but they got caught here. Personally I think Rudy's record on crime is good, as mayor more relevant than prosecutor. But if Rudy's prosecution of the FALN is an electoral plus, that would apply to the Evanston mayor who caught them and the prosecutor in Chicago who prosecuted them I noted the attorney above, I presume he's in private practice after convicting McVeigh, but experience he has. As do many in the law enforcement field. Rudy's greatest asset is his high profile post 9/11 rather than his governing experience. I couldn't find much on FALN convictions other than Chicago.
