In a perfect world (or US for that matter), wouldn't this be a wonderful caption:

But what I'mr really thinking about taking up is Krav Maga, the martial art of the Israeli Defense Forces aka Krav Panim el Panim (face to face combat)

As wikipedia explains it, "All the techniques focus on maximum efficiency in real-life conditions. Krav Maga generally assumes a no quarter situation; the attacks and defenses are intended to inflict the most pain possible on the opponent in the least amount of time. Groin strikes, headbutts, and other efficient and potentially brutal attacks are emphasized."

I think the Spartans would approve.

I had a pretty good weekend thanks for asking! We got snow Friday nite, had to shovel it Saturday, heavy wet crap, Saturday nite turned out nice, a tad on the chilly side but nice, yesterday was a nice day, got some chores out of the way, laundry and other mundane but necessary stuff! What about you?

It is. But it's a replay of hour 1. I get the replay twice on 2 different stations: one just now, and one next hour. I also get Levin on delay on 2 different stations separated by 1 hour. And I also get,......nevermind.
