Public opinion for a pardon was lacking before today. This will make it worse.

Valerie should have had someone take better notes for her. She didn't quite cover *all* of the angles.
And she wasn't covert because Vicki Toensing knows more about who is covert than the Director of National Intelligence does.
Yeah, and it's not as if it was a big secret that the Dems were going to be holding hearings on a variety of things. I see the Presidential motorcade was involved in an accident. I wonder how long it will be before we have hearings on that.
I just got through calling Waxman's office and my local rep, who also happens to be a Dem. I told them that in holding these hearings, the Democrats were obviously not satisfied with the results of Fitzgerald's investigation, or the resulting Federal trial of Scooter Libby. And if they are refusing to accept as fact, statements from witnesses providing information specifically gleaned from the official transcript of that trial, then I want that portion of my tax money refunded that was spent on what was obviously, a frivolous and bogus investigation and trial to begin with.
I'm sure you hear this a lot but I just wanted to add my thanks for all your work in assembling this information.
That's interesting because Joe Wilson specifically said she was NOT a covert agent the day Novak's article came out.
She was never in danger, never covert, was never outed.
And she and her employer have proved it everyday from the moment Wilson wrote the oped.
Really? I didn't know that little tidbit...do you have a cite for that? That would prove they were lying about the trip being in response to Cheney's request.
It came out during the trial. The date of the VP briefing was the day before the date on her email.

I was wondering why VIPS spent so much time championing the Wilsons. I mean, if the Wilsons weren't leaking, why would VIPS care?
They have always been very careful to make that 2 statements...
1. The VP asked a question
2. He was sent on a trip.
You were to draw the inference that the VP sent him, but the wording was careful, as a certain troll here has pointed out ad nauseum.
The same for Joe Wilson's statement about whether she was covert. He said she was not covert the day Novak wrote his column, leading one to think that Novak broke her cover...
Valerie's testimony was just as carefully crafted, as were so many of the questions. They leave a certain impression, but can be defended as not *actually* saying what you think you heard if you call them on it.
The lengths lying *$$holes will go to in order to destroy our country is amazing. And sad.
