Do keep in mind that only last year a bill was voted on in Congress to recognize anyone with even a tiny fraction of Hawaiian blood as having rights in accordance with Hawaiian Royal law (including rights to reclaim land)and no they were not tying it to living in a specific place. I can see this happening for Muslimes as the PC madness over diversity continues to reap rewards for them.

Absolutely not!
They would then be a sovereign nation inside the USA and would organize from there.
I think this is another reason not to intern Muslims in case of another wave of attacks. The would use the concentration to organize and as a base from which to mount more attacks. Not to mention mobilizing all the bleeding hearts outside to facilitate their goals of conquest.
