Excellent. It shows in the statement released by the TMLC on Lt. Co. Chessani. They were gunning for Murtha. Good offense.
I just do not see any way these Marines can end up in the slammer. This is all a terrible charade. I realize gen. Mattis cannot just say drop everything. The JAG must process these cases, but hell if I can see where they did anything outside their ROE.
