Seems al Qaeda knows nothing about hierarchical structures -they're all leaders these days.

If this report is true, Muharib Mohammed Abdullah, aka Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, had a very short term as the leader of al Qaeda in Iraq. al Qaeda doesn't have to worry about retirement plans, pensions or 401ks for its top serial Killers.
