Nobody cares. Personally, this is the most outrageous news I've heard in a while. Mr. Joyal is both a law enforcement officer and former Senate intel security man.
Russia has made it clear - if you talk bad about Putin's handling of Chechnya, you will be killed or critically wounded. That really pisses me off.

Putin's enemies might have more to gain by this than anyone. Whether it is a Putin directive or a wealthy opponent of him pining this on Putin, somebody has made a chess move but I don't think anyone can definitively say it was something Russia has made clear.

Adelphi, MD is a rough area. It always has been rough, but nowadays it's even worse. Lots of illegals living in group houses, gang tags, gangs. Heck it's almost like DC anymore.
The guy could have been targeted because of his ties/knowledge, but it's also just as likely that it was typical PG county crime.
I gotta get outta this place.
