Actually Savage just recently started referring to himself as an 'independent' conservative because the "Dems baaaaaaaad, Repubs guuu-uuud" talking points no longer applied, as we know all too well now, to the political realities.
Since Savage attacks the "sacred cows" of both the right and the left, he consequently opens himself to vicious attacks from both. Rock on Savage!!!!!!!

It wouldn't surprise me if China had special agents embedded in subversive leftwing groups in the US. Whenever there's a photo of some anti-war group in the bay area, there's always one or more "generic" looking ethnic chinese in the background that don't draw attention to themselves, and clearly not "americanized".
