Thanks for the ping, BM! I hope to God that one day, this human slug named Johnny Sutton, is made "an example" of. If there's any bit of justice left in this country, someone in the FBI is running a background check on this scumbag attorney. Not that anything can be done about it, of course. I'm sure his pockets are lined with Mexican blood money. Even though Sutton is a treasonous rat of the highest order, his actions are coming from the top of the food chain. All of this lies squarely on the shoulders of President Bush, and if he doesn't change his socialist, globalist ways and appeasement with Mexico, he'll go down as one of the WORST Presidents in US history (IMO). Good riddance to the Bush Dynasty, I say!
Thanks for that. He's 92 with 70 years as a reporter. He's someone to admire.
The Brugman case points to malicious prosecution. It's like the David Sipes case which was also a malicious prosecution. The Gilmer Hernandez case was a malicious prosecution. The Ramos/Campean case was a malicious prosecution so there is merit in the comparisons. US Attornerys that have good cases don't need to lie and twist facts.
If the Ramos/Campean case been a case about two drug smugglers instead of two aggressive Border Patrol agents this case would have never seen the light of day with such tenuous facts.
Looks like we're up to four, now. Wouldn't surprise me to learn there are even more.
Sutton is in the drug cartel's pocket. I wonder who else?
As far as I'm concerned he's a tool for this Administration. Only 20 days after the conviction of Ramos and Compean, Martinez appointed him Chair for the Attorney General's Advisory Committee a job "which plays a significant role in determining policies and programs of the Department and in carrying out the national goals set by the President and the Attorney General."
Coincidence, I think NOT. The ties between these three go way back.
