"During Friday's interview in Sydney, Cheney said, "I'm not sure what part of it is that Nancy disagreed with. She accused me of questioning her patriotism. I didn't question her patriotism. I questioned her judgment."
Bang, right between the eyes.
In the battle of wits, Bellapelosi is unarmed.
Man, I wish this guy was in better physical shape and would run!

saying she was going to call President Bush directly with her complaint. "I hope the president will repudiate and distance himself from the vice president's remarks," Pelosi said. She ended up talking with White House chief of staff Josh Bolten instead of Bush. Good move on W's part. Whine on, whine on Nancy. Or not. Nancy, Nancy, do you really want us to believe you think there is an inch of difference between the president and vice president on this?
Cheney: I didn't question her patriotism. I questioned her judgment."
Now if only Nancy could own up to knowing the difference.

I know she isn't stupid, so I can't believe she isn't representing the terrorists willingly.

>>In any case, I hope Bush stands behind Cheney.<<
Isn't it a crying shame that there is a question about it.
I have the same hope. I am cautiously optimistic.

>>The "take it back" phrase is reminiscent of kindergarten, isn't it? Our tax dollars at work.<<
It's like when the congresswoman quoted a soldier and told Murtha, "Cowards cut and run, Marines never do."
She was dead-on right, and the statement should have stood.
But some sissified, panty-waisted numbskull Republican leader made her go "apologize." Got to have a "new tone" ya know.

The top cartoon not only hits the mark but it may just put a smile you your faces. I wish MSM reported this way. Iraq may have been won by now.

Glad to see the VP isn't a "new tone" proponent.

"Got to have a "new tone" ya know."
Our congress critters wouldn't know a new tone if it jumped up and bit them. They are all power-hungry, preening, posturing polticians to whom nothing matters but the next election. See my tag line.

'Rat women sure are whiners. Nancy runs wimpering to the President about Cheney, Hillary goes blubbering to her flying monkeys to kvetch about David Geffen. What ever happened to "I am woman, hear me roar?"
Phoney baloney 'rat women should just stay in and do their nails.
