The case of Valentina is an egregious case of forced abortion in Italy, where one would expect that a womans right to choose would mean the possibility of choosing life. However, the silence of purportedly "pro-choice" feminist groups has been deafening thus far over 13 year-old Valentina's forced abortion, despite her very own choice that her body should carry life. "Choosing" life has NEVER been on the culture of death's agenda.

I hope a priest is permitted to consul this girl. The baby's death is not by her hands but in the hands of the government and parents that ordered the abortion.

Everyone involved (except for the poor young girl who wanted to keep her baby) has just committed murder.
Each one should face the exact same treatment they demand for the unborn child.
Filthy animals!

Lord have Mercy! why not adoption?
However, the abortion has meant nothing less than disaster for Valentina, who was confined to the psychiatric unit of Regina Margherita children's hospital in Turin after the abortion for wanting to commit suicide.

My apologies to all unwashed animals who may have felt themselves slurred by my intemperate remark.
I should have called them democrats.

This is totally disgusting.
I agree that a priest as well as psychologists should be allowed to counsel this girl. Terrible as she must feel, she is not responsible for choosing to kill her child. She is not a murderer, her parents are, and the judge is.
She has not only lost her child, she has lost her parents as well. What a terrible thing.

Dear Dr.Zoidberg,
* chuckle *
Our exchange would be funnier, or at least easier to enjoy, if it were not about such barbarism.
It's a very sad story.

Yes it is. My heart is breaking for this child.
May G_d grant her the peace she needs to overcome the evil forced upon her by those she should have been able to look to for love and care.
Her parents and the judge each took turns raping her and may they get the justice they have earned.

And the Eurons think we're barbarians? This is nothing short of court ordered rape, above and beyond the killing of an unborn innocent. Two lives have been destroyed here, and at the parents' behest.

Prayers up! Poor Valentina! Forcing abortion on any girl or woman is evil! God give her solace! It doesn't say how far along she was. God bless the baby.

Truly Satan is behind this liberal agenda and this judge and her parents. Satan role on earth is to kill, steal, and destroy, and he's behind every agenda that endorses that. That's why the libs don't like the choice of life.
It's small consolation, but the baby's in heaven and will suffer no more. Prayers for that poor, poor girl. My youngest is 14 and I just can't imagine forcing her to do something like that.
