Attorney General Gonzales showed his true stripes when he had US Marshals kick in Dog's door and put him, Tim, and Leland in a federal facility with the worst criminals you can imagine.

Look at the list of murderers, rapists, and child molesters wanted on federal warrants and tell me why The Dog was kicked to the top of that list to be apprehended immediately. When the Mexican government says "sh**", AG Gonzales squats.

AG Gonzales had better be praying HE never ends up in a situation where he could be behind bars because he looks for all the world like one of those guys whose attorney would be pleading for the judge to just sentence him to probation and community service because he would be a 'likely target' to have all sorts of bad things happen to him were he to be in a prison's general population.

PING

This whole thing is crazy. I dont know why we keep bowing to Mexico on the stupidest stuff. We should close off the border, force Mexico to fixs itself, and deny them the ability to have any influence in our government. Mexico has to be one of the most corrupt countries in the world. There is a good chance if Dog goes to a Mexican prison, he will never get out alive but apparently Gonzales doesnt care.

Dog surely paid off local Mexican officials when he made the Factor arrest. This is about something else.

Republicans should impeach Bush before the Dims can get to him. He is a traitor to America.

Congressman: Bush 'doesn't give a damn'

This isn't about the Dog, but it is related to our persistent tendency to suck up to Mexico, only God knows why.

PS - the Congressman in the above story is NOT a 'Rat, nor is he a RINO.

I realize it doesnt really have that much to with Dog. He just happened to make a pretty target for Mexico.

After what has happened to the two border agents who were railroaded, AG Gonzales deserves every bit of it. I'd like to see him spend some time at Leavenworth or Atlanta. They'd have him for dinner but they wouldn't do him the favor of finishing him quick. They'd mentally break him first.

I'd hate to see him have to spend time in a Mexican prison.

No doubt. He'd probably never get out alive. What a bunch of feces.

A federal court cleared the way for TV bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman to be extradited to face charges in Mexico ......... Article

Worth going to war over. Eff Mexico. Break our border laws every sixty seconds and suddenly law matters to them? ............ Names Ash Housewares

Who are we going to war with?

Our own U.S. Federal Court?

A couple of years ago, I was vacationing in the Yucatan and having a conversation in Spanish with the Mexican owner of the place we were staying at. Since I was a Cuban-born Spanish speaker, it did not click with him that, when he spoke about "los Americanos", that I represented that remark.

When the conversation turned to Mexicans illegals in the U.S., he said to me that that was the fault of "los Americans".

"How so?", I asked.

He replied:

"We in Mexico do not want illegals but we say what we mean and we mean what we say. When Guatemalan illegals sneak into Mexico, they are rooted out by our Police and deported."

"In the U.S., 'los Americanos' are always whining about not wanting Mexican illegals but what happens when a Mexican illegal gets to the U.S.? The Mexican is given a good job by the local businesses and the local Police looks the other way. The State gives them a Drivers License and, if things get tough, the State even gives them public assistance. 'Los Americanos' say one thing and then do the other."

That Mexican was absolutely right.

The Mexican illegals are taking U.S. law just as seriously as our U.S. Courts and our U.S. Federal, State and local legislative and executive branches are taking U.S. law.

Boycott Mexico, block the boarder crossing, demonstrate and generally embarras not only Mexican officials but our own who have allowed Mexico so much power and influence over U.S. leadership.

We're being sold out folks. Every revelation just reinforces the argument that we're being sold out big time.

Indeed.

The problem is us. Sure, they come illegally. But WE invited them. We say no, but mean yes. Just like an easy date.
