McQueeg and the Heinous Harridan have one thing in common: they both think they are entitled to be POTUS, and heaven help anyone or anything that gets in their way!

Ah, yes, the brave maverick is over there fighting alongside our troops right this instance. Oh, wait, he's not. You're being ridiculous. The only ones putting everything on the line right now are our troops. I'm not going to bow down before the man who has tried to hamstring those troops by running the war from the halls of Congress and protecting the terrorists out to kill them. Yes, he DID do that by trying to outlaw torture or even mild discomfort from terrorists who might have information that can save American lives. And if you delusionally are under the impression he has conservative support? Check the FR polls. If he does, it's certainly not in these parts or from the owner of this site.

Rudy, liberal though he may be, has some conservative support. mccain has done NOTHING but stab conservatives giddily in the back for years and nothing but ill will exists in return.

That is the truth. beieve what you want, but what you believe is wrong.

The only people who want McLame to be the GOP nominee are in the news media and his immediate family..and that's only so they can sleep in the lincoln bedrroom.

McCain is openly, strongly, and with a hell of a lot of courage, supporting our mission, our troops, and the President on Iraq.

Other than amnesty, can you name any other issue where he supports the President ?

We HATE McCain within the Arizona Republican Party. HATE HIM with a passion!

He is not taking his defeat (well, his toady Lisa James' defeat) well at all. He's hell bent on having his state support him in the primary (the largest GOP organization in the state already voted to censure him and tell him that they WON'T support him in any way) and he'll stop at nothing to make that happen. Word is that he's enlisted the RNC to sabotage new State Party Chairman Randy Pullen by working around him with a shadow party made up of McCain's people.

McCain and the RNC just don't get it! The Republican Party is NOT a top-down organization - not at the state level, not at the national level. The Precinct Committeemen represent the individual party members and elect the County Chairmen and the State Committeemen. The State Committeemen elect the State Party Chairmen and the National Committeemen. The National Committeemen make up the RNC and they elect the National Party Chairman. Recently the RNC and the NRCC have been ignoring the bottom-up/grassroots design of the party. In Arizona, the state delegation (the Senators - specifically McCain - and the members of the House) have been dictating things from the top down, ignoring the desires of the rank and file elected members of the party. The election of Randy Pullen two years ago as National Committeeman from Arizona was the start of a revolution. Electing him as the State Party Chairman is truly a major victory in that revolution to overthrown the top-down dictators and return true grassroots control of the party as originally intended. McCain is going to get what he deserves. If more state parties would join the revolution, then the RNC executives would get what they deserve.
