His lawyers have done a spectacular job of getting Fizmas to repeatedly deny the most simplistic evidence that demonstrate that Libby had a busy mind. The Jury should decide if a busy mind can cause a lapse in memory, AND THIS IS WHAT FITZMAS MUST DEBUNK. IT'S HIS JOB!
