I hadn't heard that, and the talk shows I've listened to today didn't seem to know it either. Where did you hear that it had happened? I sure want to see them, since there are a whole lot of questions I have about the way the defense was conducted.

A few minutes ago, Judge Andrew Napalitano was on FNN with John Gibson discussing this case.

In summation, the Judge said he had a close "source" at the White House (not Tony Snow) who said Bush has reviewed the case and the "source" is fairly confident Bush is NOT going to pardon them.

Few have confused this case with illegal immigration. Rather, it's been noticed that the fact this case was even brought suggests strongly that the Department of Justice has become an annex to the business of the Mexican narcotrafficantes.

Another snow-job from CFR-member Tony Snow. He used to be so conservative and critical of president Bush when he did something unconservative or wrong. Then he started being a water-carrier during the 2004 election and never stopped, and now he's saying stop I doubt he deep-down believes in. He knows Bush won't anger Mexico by pardoning these two agents. The fix is in, the railroading was successful and it's most likely over. Snow proves it with what he is saying, someone has informed him to BS the public.

I checked the court docket via Pacer. 20 transcripts, covering the period of the trial and pre and post trial matters, were filed on Friday and entered into record yesterday.
