I haven't made fudge in a long time, except for the easy 'marshmallow creme' kind. My mother made this delicious 'real' kind though - the kind you have to cook until it's just the right temperature and then you have to beat it forever - too much and it's sugary, too little and you can never cut it. Sigh. I make good cookies, pies, and cakes - but not candies. :(

Greetings from a very snowcovered Central Ohio. The poor florists probably lost out today as most of our counties had a level 2 to 3 emergency meaning no cars allowed on the road (plus drifts in most diveways are in excess of 6 feet.) The good news here atleast, plenty of heat and food. (wish I could send some heat your way dolly!) Anyway, have a wonderful day all!
