One of the facts is that this case is being appealed, and it may very well be overturned on it's lack of merits.

If the appeal is railroaded, evidence continues be concealed, and an appelate court does not right this wrong, THEN is the time for Bush to pardon these men.

These guys took out a drug running illegal. I say free 'em, give them back their jobs with back pay, and move on. Send a message to those who would violate our borders - everyone and anyone who would violate them. That includes would-be terrorists and drug runners, not just the more benign work-seeking illegals.

In it's 115 year history, the rural town of Rocksprings, Texas (population 1290) has only encountered two devastating events that have tested the character and fortitude of the people in this community. The second catastrophe occurred December 1,2006 when Edwards County Sheriff's Deputy Gilmer Hernandez was de-humanized and humiliated in a conviction stemming from an incident involving an illegal immigrant.
It is noteworthy, that in both events, the people of Rocksprings and Edwards County joined together to overcome the obstacles thrown before them.
The feds have taken all of Gilmer's money to pay the illegal aliens medical bill for a cut lip.
His wife is unable to support their baby daughter - and there is no fund set up as the money may go to the illegals.
