Are we seeing this kind of behavior throughout the NBA or is this a problem with the Pacers?
It's the Pacers. They're giving the NBA a bad name all by themselves.
I believe the answer is "a"
How appropriate! I've only got one word for that: DUCK!
LOL, I did not catch that...poor choice of words on the authors part....
It seem pretty rampant in the NBA, although the Spurs and maybe a couple of other teams do seem to have good citizen persona.
ROFLMAO
I suspect the arrest rate for the NFL is much higher than that of the NBA. I blame the NBA for their efforts to ruin the college basketball and the declining quality of the product on the court, but I think the gangster level is rather overemphasized compared to the other big pro sports.
The Pacers are what the Portland Trailblazers were a few years back.
I agree: the Pacers seem to be the Cincy Bengals or Oakland Raiders of the NBA, and they need to start evaluating people for class and character as well as ball skillz!
I thought it was a strip club but it appears to be a regular night club.

If my kid has to have a zero tolerance to go to school then what is wrong with having the same thing with these thugs? Sit them down and explain that their checks will be made out at the end of the season, and if they want them they have to earn them, not by how they play but how they represent the team.
Once they figure out that the bling only gets bought if they act like decent human beings then maybe that will make them understand the great life and luck they really have.
Looks to me like the NBA needs to tighten up it's standards. If they won't, the teams need to make a stand and refuse to employ these types of individuals... run them out.
I mean, look at these guys, would you hire them to flip burgers? Hell no, I wouldn't let them past security. They look and act like typical urban thugs. The NBA should crack down on this "gangsta" crap and banish everything from the look and dress to the behavior. Clean up this mess already, it's becoming an even bigger joke day by day.
David Stern needs to go. He has let the league deteriorate from its glory days of the 1980s.
If it wasn't for the NBA, this country would have the tallest janitors in the world.
They got their diaper on!
