I thought we took care of fascism in the mid 20th century? Unfortunately I live in Indy, about three hours from Daley's fascist city, and I'm seeing far to many people from there moving down here. And most likely bringing their liberal politics and fascist/socialist ideas with them.

People do die because of these laws. They are generally unarmed and too old to run or too sick to fight or too incapacitated in any number of ways when attacked by a thug or goon intent on mischief.
