"Senator Clinton, why is the Democrat solution to global warming taxing Americans while you do not say anything about Communist countries like China getting to poison our earth?"

I don't know how old the writer is but I can assure her that I am a 'carbon-based life forms'.

And, I'll also agree that global warming debates are a joke and whether or not we can blame fossil fuels and/or deforestation is another matter for scientific review. We are not going to all drown east and west of the Rockies although I often fantasize that development.

If they world was really serious about Global warming and air pollution. They should think about all those cows and farm animal and humans pasing gas. That is an awful gigantic amount of methane gas produced by all.

Anyone actually quoting what's actually written in the actual IPCC reports would be accused of being a GW denier. Only the most sensationalized reports of the most over-dramatized and least likely scenarios are acceptable.

BTW, with respect to "... but I can assure her", this Lorrie is definitely a fella.
I'm not sure if it's so in Goldstein's case but, over the years, I have known a couple of guys named "Lawrence" who used "Lorrie" rather than "Larry" as the short form of their full name.

Visited the in-laws in Maine yesterday. Last night my father-in-law was sitting in his chair all bundled up and shivering. On the TV was the NBC Nightly News (his choice, I haven't seen network news in years) and their big feature on the horrors of human-caused climate change. He didn't comment but I'm sure he believes it lock stock and barrel.
