These guys are GPs and internists. They probably don't pay more than 20-25% of what an Ob/Gyn pays.

Depends on where they practice. Some Family docs in nevada and other states without malpractice limits are paying upwards of 150k because the system is broken. There are only 75 OB-GYNs in Las Vegas, NV because of the prices. There are barely 250 Family docs in all of northern nevada (outside of Las Vegas) because premiums are so high. Its worse than one would think

Oh-- and if a family doc even does pap smears they pay additional premiums. If they do OB checks, they pay more. the list goes on and on...
