The Greek (the language which the New Testament was first written) uses the same word/spelling for Sabbath and week ('sabbaton').
I don't pretend to be a Greek grammarian, but at the Resurrection, there seems to be the ending of one Sabbath, and the establishment of a new one: 'At the end of th sabbath...as it began to dawn on the first day of the sabbath'.
The other three Gospels make similar references to the first day of the Sabbath (week).
Or you can just go with the statements in Acts and 1 Corinthians that show that Believers now gathered on the first day of the week:
Acts 20:7a
And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread,
1 Corinthians 16:2
Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.
But be that as it may, I'm not going to begrudge anyone who wants to worship on Saturdays. Just worship the LORD:

Our churc does it that way all the time. We show a fair number of spiritual movies and we can't charge for most of them, so we just take a head count and charge people for popcorn, beverages, and snacks. We do the same thing at our choir concerts.
Its a point of copyright law that most do not understand. If you knowingly allow anyone to violate your copyright, that copyright can become invalid. If they allow a church to do it, then anyone can do it.
The NFL is not sneaking around spying on churches and really could care less if churches do this. This church promoted the event and it came to the NFLs attention. They are obligated to say no and would be derelict to the interests of their owners if they didn't.

None of the other quotes say the Sabbath was moved to Sunday. The disciples broke bread on Sunday, but it doesn't say they observed the Sabbath. Technically, any day could be a "day of worship," but only Saturday can be the Sabbath (by definition).
Its entirely your call. I'd just keep Isaiah 58 in the forefront of your mind:

13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
That's a good common sense question.
Which may well be the NFL's problem. I wonder if they'd harass a mosque that planned the same thing.
The cable/satellite providers charge sports bars based on the number of seats in their establishment and Nielson etc know what those numbers are and factor them in.
Then charge for the snacks directly, rather than admission.
Even on the West Coast, the Super Bowl doesn't start until 3:30-4. It shouldn't interfere with the service.
So if I have a private party at my home and project it on a screen bigger than 55 inches, it's illegal. Should I turn myself in now.

The NFL is being penny wise and pound foolish.
this is a defect in the Neilson system.
So now all this chuch need do is sell a spagetti luncheon and advertise they have a projection screen TV without mentioning the foot ball.
Quite frankly the more social the event becomes the better it is for the NFL.
Also for the fact it is IN the church as part of the church's regular operation, then the NFL has nothing to complain about with their own reasoning.
Somewhere in the NFL there is a desk jockey suffering from cranial rectal self insertion.
