I think a good way to celebrate a free Cuba would be to declare free trade with Cuba, and lift the travel restrictions. What better way to show them the "blessings of liberty?" What better way to prove the point that personal freedom includes the inherant right to exchange money with someone for products and services, and the right to visit another country, too?

Alternatively, we could continue to show them that government is here not as our servant but as our master, an entity that can tell us who we can exchange with and who we can't, basically the same as your Mom only with the power to throw you in jail for buying a Cuban cigar. Sadly, I bet this is the path we will take.

I wouldn't mind making the trip to FLA for that.

Bravo Sierra!! MSM will lament their loss of an old-school commie dictator...

Miami will party, and the MSM will portray residents as heartless bastards.

I've heard the Coast Guard is going to actively try and stop people from going over to Cuba (perhaps as part of an ad-hoc revolution/overthrow). Cuba was once a great country, once the Castros are out of the way, they could be so again.
