I'm sorry, I missed where God came down from heaven and declared that the prosecuter lied.
Maybe you could point me to the news broadcast?
Seriously, in what way to you "know" the prosecuter "lied"?
Nothing in this story indicates a lie by the prosecuter.
And they also did this:
No sooner had Aldrete-Davila bandaged his buns when the U.S. Department of Homeland Security sent an investigator [into Mexico] to offer Aldrete-Davila immunity for illegally entering the U.S., smuggling the dope and unlawful flight to avoid arrest.http://www.investors.com/editorial/editorialcontent.asp?secid=1501&status=article&id=254017135120661To sweeten the deal, the feds paid for treatment of Aldrete-Davila's injured backside at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso. He showed his gratitude in breaking his immunity agreement by attempting to smuggle an additional 1,000 pounds of weed into the U.S. the following October.
So what did the feds do? U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton extended his immunity to this second felony and then sealed the indictment for this crime from jurors. And what did Aldrete-Davila do? He promptly filed a $5 million lawsuit against the feds who twice granted him immunity.
The jury didn't get to hear about the crimes of the so-called "victim" against our country, or that he was smuggling over 700 pounds of drugs into our country at the time, which makes his claim, days later, that he was "unarmed," dubious, at best.
The more facts that come out in this case, the more it looks like the prosecutor and the feds in this case are actively supporting invading drug-smugglers.
Don't confuse the open-borders crowd with this kind of data. It might undermine their effort to destroy these two Hispanic Americans for doing their job.
Why not? John Kerry did and he got a medal for it.
You should go back to those other threqads and post the link to this one. See if the open borders crowd will even bother to red this. (My bet is no. They don't want to know anything that might disturb their certainty that these agents are bad people. Especially because they're Hispanic. Like Estrada.)
Almost two -- until 1/20/09, 12 noon Eastern time.
There needs to be a closer looks at John Sutton and his possible connection to drug dealers. Or is he being blackmailed?
Did Johnny Sutton act alone?
Sutton, Patrick Fitzgerald, Ronnie Earl...
Here we have another Nifong.

Chris Sanchez is an investigator with the DHS Office of Inspector General not the FBI. One of the problems with this case is that the FBI was completely left out of the the loop when it is their repsonsibility to investigate the case.
I generally agree with your post #17--Christopher Sanchez is looking guilty of Perjury, if not much more.
One technicality: Christopher Sanchez was (reportedly) a Special Agent at the Office of Inspector General (OIG) at DHS--not the FBI. According to Friends of the Border Patrol (testimony by Andy Ramirez), he was a a four-month trainee, having previously served as an ICE agent in Arizona prior to that.
As to your post #18, I don't think you meant to direct that to me. I was simply pointing out that it has only been one year since the trial completed, not two years as Corsi wrote in the article.
Nah, they're just composed of people unable to figure out how to get out of jury duty.
And if you DO have a brain and think for yourself, the prosecutor wants you off the jury.
Thanks, e-s... that's exactly what I was trying to say.
I have no idea why it hasn't been released. Lots of information has not been released. There are lots of questions and few answers at this point.
Have you seen this letter from Rep. Michael T McCaul about the stonewalling?

You've certainly exposed yourself and your agenda with that very revealing reply.
Thanks for your self destructive candor.
I've never been called for jury duty. I'd actually do it if I were, becaue I know the rights and responsibilities of jurors.
I've been called once.
Got tossed because it turned out my ex-wife had clerked for the prosecutor in the case.
I'd actually do it if I were, becaue I know the rights and responsibilities of jurors.
That would get you tossed just as quickly.
