"What is the problem with the Trans-Texas Corridor>"
Let me count the ways! Use the keywords at the top of the page and read away.
Tolls have a habit of rising. Law enforcement knows how to force trucks onto toll roads.
Not only that, but you also have to factor in the additional cost of the gas taxes you have to pay on top of the toll, as well as the gas itself. To say that you can travel 370 miles for as low as $56 is disingenueous.
Cintras apparently runs toll roads in Canada, and from what I understand the 15¢/mile rate is a bait and switch number that won't last for long.
There are no friggin' exits!!!
Once you get on, yer stuck!!!
How stupid is that!!! /sarcasm /general silliness
One other thing...
If we want to kill this thing but quick...
Just tell everyone that it will be illegal to transport or carry firearms on the TTC roads for whatever reason...
The tollroads operated by a foriegn entity will claim the right-of-way to be international territory, subject to international law, and that personal rights and soverienty are a moot point...
I know...I am a very bad person to even suggest heaping this hypothetical onto everyone...But I couldn't resist...
But I bet it'll make some think about this a little more...
And if you get a headache, I am truely sorry...I have aspirin for those who need it...
bump.
