That's not the Presidential Medal of Freedom and no where on this forum or elsewhere have I ever claimed that that award and the Reagan Medal of Freedom (as one newspaper article that I linked called it) are the SAME. And that's what you claimed I wrote. Which is a LIE. Because you are a liar.

Now the fact that I've linked at least two different places that call the honor two different names seems to have escaped your notice. Or it's beyond your reading comprehension.
