Just having a dying wish doesn't justify all things. Some might wish for a 9-year-old, or a harem, or for their enemy's head.

The rubbing of empty bodies is not this. Not even close.

But it's a darn good substitute in the meantime!
It was funny when Charlie Sheen asked about why he payed prostitutes for sex when he said.
"I don't pay them for sex, I pay for them to leave"

The same as it would be if he drank or smoked himself to death with perfectly legal products: A sad shake of my head and an increased respect for Personal Responsibility. So if he were to die from an illegal substance you provided him (or sanctioned him to obtain under your care) you would see no difference between that death and one that wasn't violating the law? I suspect your angle wouldn't get you off in court.

Did you see my post #240. I just want to cry at how we women want to control everything about men, even their urges.

Yes, the male instinct to survive is to pro-create, it's inbred, no stopping it, suppressing it is not doing God's will, it's denying our nature.
Men are instinctually attracted to women for fertility, to pro-create to survive. Also a reason why so many men are attracted to younger women. This instinct causes men to destroy their marriages, relationships, etc. too.
To understand the beast you have to know the beast.

I just don't see having sex as the act of an uncontrollable animal.I believe you may have misunderstood my point. Sex itself is not the act of an uncontrollable animal unless it's something that one can not control.
I know we're simply not going to agree on this point because my opinion is informed by my religious beliefs and it would appear you do not share the same beliefs. Simply stated, God created sex, but only for specific contexts. Wanting to have sex with some hot woman one would normally not attract simply isn't adequate to justify prostitution in my view. This individual may have experienced the physical act of sex, but he really didn't experience what sex is intended to be, he only experience the weakest shadow...he was really cheated.

"I found an advert from a sex worker in a magazine for the disabled," said Mr Wallis. "The initial contact was by email and then by phone." That's about as close as the article comes to whether or not it is legal near where he lives.

It seems that the people on this thread have a very rye sense of humor. And their attitude is wheat, drink, and be merry. Some really crusty comments too!

Sex outside of marriage is wrong. Period. I don't care what church was involved, I am horrified by the lack of concern for this poor boy's soul.
When I first saw the story. I thought it was a kind act of compassion. I truly understood why this man would want this.
I guess I offended some. See Post #2.
I then stood back and looked at this story. Sure, we all understand what this person is asking for. We are all in the flesh. I did not recognize the mistake of the clergy until I stood back and looked at it from the view of eternal life.
If one believes in eternal life (like the Nun), she would be more concerned with the disabled virgin's spirit. Shouldn't the Nun be interested in feeding this persons spirit. I question just how sincere of a Nun we have here.
If the Nun would feed the flesh of the terminally ill, would she also feed her own flesh? It is her job to build strength in souls. How much strength does this Nun have?

I suspect your angle wouldn't get you off in court. And when did I claim otherwise? I fully expect that were I caught, I would be punished, regardless whether I believe the law is just or not.
And yes, I believe blue laws such as these are unjust and unworthy of a society of free men. Doesn't mean I think I can break them with impunity.

And yes, I believe blue laws such as these are unjust and unworthy of a society of free men.I'm a bit of two minds on this account. I'm not one who believes all laws should echo my personal faith...one of the things that makes this country great is choice. On the other hand, there are consequences for partaking of "blue" activities...and at some point those consequences move from affecting just the individual and affect society, so it isn't truthful if one were to try to claim they don't affect anyone else.
