There's only one reason why she's there, if the troop surge works she will then be able to claim that it wasn't the surge but her "political" influence on Maliki that made him do more. I served my time in the Army and can assure you every outfit has a couple of liberal, anti America assholes in it.
This group of anti-war polititions had a list of these GI's in Irac before they left America. When they interview this selected group of scum GI's, the lamestream media tag-alongs will make headlines about the "mutiny" occuring among the troops in Irac.

I just spoke to one of our wounded warriors. He said they will find maybe 10 out of 100 that are against the mission and then come back and say "every soldier I talked to blah blah blah"

I agree with you, nobobdy wants anyone to be hurt, but then why announce the fact beforehand about their trip, then? What genius decided on that one? Bush, Cheney and just about every other high ranking gov't official announce their trips to Iraq after they return for obvious security reasons. Are Pelosi and co. just stupid or is it more than that?
