So far, but there are a number of others out there who are willing to vote for one of them.
Republican Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., said he didn't support the resolution because he didn't believe it would affect administration policy. Instead, he said next time he talks to Tennessee soldiers he will tell them, "I oppose what you are doing but I thank you for your service."

General David Petraeus testified before the Senate Armed Services Committee. When asked if he could get his job done in Iraq without additional troops, he replied: No, sir. When asked if a congressional resolution of disapproval of the surge could encourage the enemy, he said, Thats correct, sir.
Biden is a Democrat. Hagel is the Republican who voted in favor of the resolution. I think the Republican leadership is conflicted about confronting him because he may pull another Jumpin' Jeffords.
Good for you! I pray it does not come to such a drastic measure, but the republicans at headquarters need to know that we mean business!!
Done. BTTT!
"I think the Republican leadership is conflicted about confronting him because he may pull another Jumpin' Jeffords."
That is their excuse for everything....LOL. I say we get rid of the faint hearted republicans and rhinos now, before they bring the whole party to it's knees! (imho of course)
I VOTED
Done!!!
Thank you so much for posting this thread...this is very important.
Hugh Hewitt talked to Norm Coleman tonight on his show...and tried to talk him out of voting for ANY resolution..but Norm hasn't said he WON'T.
We need to get all GOPer to NOT vote for a resolution.
I was 1800 something!!!

Said he won't what?
Maybe the Democratic Party should steal the Oldsmobile jingle.
THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR SUPPORTING THIS PETITION and THANK YOU HUGH HEWITT FOR STARTING IT!
1971 people have signed so far! Email it to all that you know!
" I think only one Republican senator voted in favor of the non-binding resolution: Chuck Hagel."
Chuck Hagel is not doing this for the troops -which includes my son.
He is doing this to inflict as much damage on President Bush and the Republican Party
-before he officially becomes a member of the New Al Queda /Democrat Party.
If the Republicans can jettison Mark Foley for emails ,
then surely they can purge the party of this traitorous and poisonous bum.
In fact, ejecting Hagel and forcing him into Biden's arms before he has his Jefford's moment ,
would be a tremendous morale boost for the base.
2015 right now
HAGEL is SCUM
Hagel is just a democrat at heart....LOL
Thanks for signing the petition.

2117 signatures so far, keep it up. Howlin and Starwise, can you ping your lists to this thread?
Thanks.
"If the United States Senate passes a resolution, non-binding or otherwise, that criticizes the commitment of additional troops to Iraq that General Petraeus has asked for and that the president has pledged, and if the Senate does so after the testimony of General Petraeus on January 23 that such a resolution will be an encouragement to the enemy, I will not contribute to any Republican senator who voted for the resolution. Further, if any Republican senator who votes for such a resolution is a candidate for re-election in 2008, I will not contribute to the National Republican Senatorial Committee unless the Chairman of that Committee, Senator Ensign, commits in writing that none of the funds of the NRSC will go to support the re-election of any senator supporting the non-binding resolution."
Oh..dear, I didn't word that post about Norm right. LOL
I think Norm said he would talk to Gen. Petraeus before he votes on the resolution.
I just signed.
Hagel has done major damage to us. The MSM always display Hagel whenever he sides with the dems (like he's the only republican with a clue). He's a dem, kick him to the curb...
