I'm not surprised at all. You can take the educated seeming cosmopolitan Mohammedan and he will be very nice until you bring up Israel and Jews. Then they will go apeshit. The Koran lowers IQ at least 40 points. Koranic culture is poetic, illogical disdainful of reason and science. Thats why their god is great (or so they claim) but their live in disorderly squalor.

Jealously consumes Muslims who live next to technologically advanced Israel

They did not appropriate the land.

The truth is, they bought it parcel by parcel, plot by plot from absentee Arab and Turkish landowners, who sold it to them at premium prices when the first European Jews arrived in the 19th Century. On these parcels had been generations of renters, Arab sharecroppers, if you will.

It was only after the 1948 War that land was appropriated, after the land and houses were abandoned by Arabs who fled, despite the Israelis telling them they were safe to stay.

It is my understanding that there was also an indigenous population of Jews already present who had lived there since time immemorial.

At least 100,000 Jewish settlers in pre-Israel Palestine were illegal immigrants who had been denied entry by the British protectorate. While huge tracts of land HAD been sold by absentee Arab landlords living in Lebanon, prior to 1938, the British had begun restricting Jewish land purchases in the region.

It is not fair to say that all the land that comprises modern Israel was purchased from the Arabs. But neither was it correct of me to say that it was "appropriated."
