The man in question: Willie Gary.
--Wonder if the mother has any plan to teach some values and morals that they should also recieve?--
More than they learn from their father ...
The house would be the one payment I agree. The rest I don't.
What skaterboy said. If it's going to the kids, NP, he can clearly afford it. But if it's going to be blown on herself, forget it.
I don't blame him. The child support should go to the children and she should not be allowed to spend a dime of it for herself and her older daughter
--Can the guy settle for a lump sum payment. Seems easier and he would then have the freedom to go wherever he wished.--
He made the original agreement. It's not like he didn't have a good lawyer. He has the freedom to go whereever he wishes now. He is not doing this, he is having one of his minions doing this for him.

Like he really cares about the kids?
It isn't 'ex-wife' support, it's child support. She doesn't get to spend it on herself - that would be called ALIMONY. Get it right.
Gee, he can have a college fund for the twins himself.
The guys is married and this is the price he has to pay for a few good orgasms!
So she got a tummy tuck, after having twins it's a necessaty.
As for being a stay at home mom to 6 year olds, yes,it's still a full time job until their in late high school.
For all you unmarried guys out there...it doesn't matter what kind of husband you were, or what kind of wife she was...there will be any number of women willing to say the same about you and your ex.
Doesn't sound reasonable to you, I expect...but remember, you can have a life without being married.
Just think if he had been a preacher he would have air conditioned the dog house.

Wow...
I'll bet that mirror cost more than my ultralight!
Stories like this, and RESPONSES like this, are why I'm not. Everyone in the church thinks its a travesty that I'm 26 and not married. Little do they know it'll probably be same when I'm 36, too.
Well she sure doesn't
Can i get on your aero ping thanks.
--until he found out Gowins had stopped putting money into a college fund for the twins and was instead spending much of the cash on herself.--
BS. The agreement was that he would totally fund the kids college education.
--until he found out Gowins had stopped putting money into a college fund--
The agreement he signed said he would pay for their college. The judge was probably a friend of his. GA law says that the judgement can be revisited every 36 months or earlier IF a substantial change in income. It was less than 24 months!. The court had no authority to make a call on how she was spending the money.
Note: Did not intend to make it look like you were the one stating my excerpt.
