I picked up the habit of shortening screen names from Justa. She usually grabs the first syllable unless it needs the second for musicality. (For instance, Justa is more musical than just Just. While jaz is more musical than jazu. So, anyway, as usual--IT'S ALL HER FAULT!!!!!)

From previously reading denigrations by FR BushBots about NewsMax.com on other posts, I guess we need to calm down because anything from NewsMax just can't be true, and this certainly sounds too good to be true.

I guess all that's left is to make out checks to the Warrior Fund & Defend Our Marines then keep praying that the truth will win.

I haven't given up on conservative commentators by any means, but I'm getting more than a little impatient.

You know, one of the things about this case is that there's SO much to absorb and a lot of it seems scattered about the internet. Unless you've been following it diligently from the beginning it's very easy to get confused. I'm still trying to catch up and I've been following it on and off for a while now. The story is compelling, but most of these talking heads won't do the research required to do it justice without a set of salient facts and/or time line of events. Then as new information such as this article today comes out a brief summation with a link could be sent to supplement. If you pique their interest, they might put some of their own researchers on it. Please ignore this if this is something you've already done. Like I said, I'm still playing catch-up but I too am VERY surprised no one has picked the story up. Sean especially has done a lot for the military and their families and I think he would at least be willing to mention the fund raising efforts.
