Do they renounce that part of the koran that those who do not follow the path are second class and must pay for protection?

Of course, its a show. But TV not only reflects the zeitgeist - it also influences it, some say, meaningthe writers of 24 have to be careful, said Rabiah Ahmed, spokeswoman for the Council on American-Islamic Relations. This is the opposite of what the left normally says as they bash Christianity in countless TV shows and bogus "special reports".

If my memory serves, transcripts of cell phone communications between passengers and family indicated the MUSLIM hijackers were all PRAISING ALLAH when the planes hit the WTC, Pentagon, and field in Pa.
If the hijackers on that horrible day had been of any other religion or ethnic group, and announced that they were following direct orders from their god or prophet, then the muslims might have something to bark about.

I saw 24 (on Monday) and we do have concerns with the show, Ahmed said. We are monitoring it and will be contacting our contacts at Fox to discuss those concerns. In other words if FOX doesnt back off heads will roll. Literally!

They are busy complaining about a tv show when over a hundred of their brothers were blown up by fellow muslims in Iraq yesterday

Foxs face of terror: Muslims voice concern over portrayal of terrorists on 24 I bet the portrayal they REALLY didn't like was the CAIR-type president guy who actually did the right thing and put the nation above the jihadists.
To: JohnSheppard
Hmm. Why don't they complain that Nazis are depicted as being Germans? Or do they think that all Germans are nazis? They only complain when they're the ones in the spotlight? That seems kind of selfish.

I don't understand why Muslim or any terrorist group would be upset with 24. For the 6th straight season, terrorists carry out their agenda with exact precise percision, showing exceptional intelligence and fortitude. Meanwhile, America's president is portrayed as a feel-your-pain, whimpy, indecisive idiot. Law enforcement (other than Jack Bauer) always has traitors among their ranks, second guessing every order, and arrive seconds too late to stop anything the terrorists are doing.

Why then CAIR should just talk to someone in Hollywood. There is a never ending supply of people that will tell them that these movies/tv shows don't harm anyone, everyone knows they aren't real. They have no effect on the people. I despair that CAIR will ever understand. /s

I think their only concern is the show is depicting what Muslims are up to. It also depicts Muslims who are not involved, but seldom speak out. Can't be as bad as the Hate TV in the ME.

So much of what we hear on Muslims is hearsay - an expert opinion by people with a personal agenda and not necessarily motivated by truth."

The Muslims have just cause to fear "24", because each episode exposes their terroristic schemes so clearly, that it is clear to the Mussie terrorists that the producers of the show has a spy planted among them.
