...calling these two scapegoated border agents..."

Scapegoated? You mean, jury convicted.

If there is a "joke," it's on those of us who expect our government to enforce our immigration laws

No problem with Obstruction of Justice? That's against the law, as well.

Your agenda is showing.

So is yours -- an open-borders advocating, criminal defending, Bush ass-kissing globalist.

I hope the president goes back and thinks about the whole issue again

I wish he would...

What a disgrace to send these men to prison. It feels like we are living in the Twilight Zone.

False. But please continue defending felons while lying about others.

I'll bet the Mexicans will defend America after they take it.
The OTM's won't be welcome.
They can just ship us back to the socialist nations of our origin.

No, I don't have the information, deport.

I do know that President Bush isn't even giving our 55 Congressmen the dignity of an answer or a note with regard to his position pardoning these two men. He's treating our elected Officials with a total lack of respect. He's closed the door on all communication. It's shameful.

If Bush wants to pardon Santa Claus, that's OK with me. BUT when he ignores the American peoples pleas and petitions, and doesn't feel the need to explain his position while bestowing favor on the scum he just pardoned, then I have a major problem with him..

That was brilliant, investigate----seriously. And just as seriously, we have GOT to do something about it. The lame official word, from the mouth of the now THOROUGHLY compromised Tony Snow, offers nothing more than the pseudo-explanation that basically they BAs are going to long prison terms ON A TECHNICALITY/ I cannot tell you how my blood in boiling> THIS CASE CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO GO AWAY!
WE HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO < AND DO IT NOW!
Another petition? This one ten twenty thirty times larger??
Not only must the agents be pardoned, but just as importantly, the Master Plan behind these altruistic "explanations" must be exposed. This is the State Department mentality AT ITS WORST, and is NOW, without question, the official mindset of this Administration.

You seem enamored with the law.

Please 'splain to the rest of us Sandy Berger's $50,000 fine and no jail time for serious felonies... (P.S. Sandy Berger charges $50,000 for an evening's speech, yup DOJ really does show there are two systems)

Wow. You said, "I'd say Bush has his priorities screwed up.. yet you are ignorant to those circumstances.

Nice work.

Do you know how many Congressmen there are? Do they all derseve notes?
Shameful, indeed.

"Bush is a disappointment, Snow is a disappointment"

Bush can retire and fade into the sunset, but Tony Snow has shown his true colors, and forever lost his credibility.

Keep in mind the jury can only hear, see and read whatever the POWERFUL JUDGE allows in his or her courtroom.

Juries can be railroaded easier today than years ago, UNTIL they get out and hear, see and read what was withheld...by then it is too late.

Judges are too powerful. Talk to Dick Symkanin of Fort Worth.

Really...that is true for sure...

pandering to the hispanics and liberals who love them, plus the Wall Street boys who want a continuing supply of hungry, desperate stooges from south of the border.

I did. The Appeal process takes care of that, not a Presidential pardon.
