When I heard Snow on Rusty Humphries show Friday night saying,"The administration is serious about border security and immigration enforcement," I didn't know whether to weep or cry.

At that point yet, Snow noted, the agents "did not know if he was an illegal. They did not know that there were 700 pounds of marijuana
" Immaterial.
They DID know he was in an area frequented by drug smugglers.
They DID know he was ordered to stop.
They DID know he refused and fled.
They DID know he produced a firearm and aimed it at them.
What more do they need to know?

I am aware of no "the guy ran after I pulled him over so I shot him and tampered with the evidence and he's an illegal allien, besides" exception to the Fourth AmendmentThe agents testified that they heard shots fired. Given their flawless records, wouldn't it be reasonable to give them the benefit of the doubt here?
