Buchanan, the perennial fruitloop.

It would seem that the President's enemies are more concerned about his legacy than he is.

Yeah I heard that part too, and looked at my wife and said
"I do believe he just said Iran is next before he leaves office...."

I hope for his neighbors that pat didn't listen to the President's speech tonight.

Patty, you poor schmuck. You are so blind with hate for Israel.
To paraphrase the wannabe Bundist, "The Anti-Christ would be none of our concern if only he attacks Israel."

Buchanan is part of a continuum that goes like this... Robert Novak > Joe Sobran > Pat Buchanan > David Duke
I beg to differ. Sobran is far more anti-Semitic than Pat. Sobran, like Duke, has literally regurgitated medieval myths abouth Jewish beliefs. He is just this side of the "blood libel". (I get the distinct feeling that Sobran is haunted by the all too real prospect that his Jewish last name and Ruthenian background indicates that he is at least partially Jewish! )
On the other hand, I defended Patty as recently as 2000.

Does this sound familiar?
Looks like Weasley Clark has been reading pat buchanan again.

I haven't read Sobran in a few years, so my placement of him could well be off a bit.

I wonder why pat always used to try and attach himself to the Reagan name...he sounds like Jimmy Carter.
To: CWOJackson
Pat saw Reagan as an economic isolationist, which Buchanan surely is.
9/26/99 - CNN LATE EDITION
"Ronald Reagan was in my judgment the greatest president of the 20th century... Ronald Reagan in his heart was an economic nationalist. Who put those quotas on steel? Who put those quotas on Japanese autos? Who put tariffs on those Japanese motorcycles to save the Harley hog? That is an American."

Unfortunately for pat, he keeps forgetting the most important link between him and President Reagan...Reagan fired him.
The funny thing is, the only two politicians pat successfully served was Spiro Agnew and Richard Nixon.
