No surprise here!
"Blue state" San Francisco has the highest rate of drug abuse only reinforces that cliche so often repeated by talk radio guru Michael Savage...
"Liberalism is a Mental Disorder!"

Randi Webster, center, uses a cannabis vaporizor with Dave Sarmiento, left, and Jonathan Beaver at the San Francisco Patients Cooperative and Medical Cannabis Community Center on the morning in June 2005 when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the federal government can enforce a law prohibiting the cultivation, possession and use of medical marijuana even where it is legal under state law.

Destroyed brain cells. It's probably why the area votes so heavily Democrat.

The coastal area north of San Francisco And I bet you all that that was fog waifing through the Golden Gate.

I've got a "great" idea: let's put San Francisco in charge of our nation's security!
Oh wait, we already did that. Thanks again, sit-at-home voters.

Just like that SNL skit of Comrade Pelosi, her staffer that looked like someone out of Village People, and a sex slave. The slave was a human ashtray:
Nancy: But we don't allow smoking
Staffer: It's only pot
Nancy: Oh that's OK then.

The San Francisco metropolitan area has a higher percentage of people who are regular drug users than any other major metropolitan area in the United StatesGee, Pelosi's district, isn't it?? This is such a (non) surprise.

"cannabis vaporizor"
It's been a long time since I was part of the pot culture, so help me here. What is a cannabis vaporizor? All I remember are bongs, papers and pipes. And the occasional coke can when you were really hard up.

"cannabis vaporizor"
Sounds like a device that accelerates the vaporizing of brain cells by the cannaboids and THC chemicals.
Here is a link to a "Volcano Vaporizer":

I was out in San Fran in November for a family wedding. Yep, no doubt, lots of drug use. We stayed in a reasonably priced hotel in the SOMA area and we saw it.
It's a shame.

Basically a low heart source that vaporizes the psycho-active chemicals without igniting the plant material. It eliminates virtually all of the negative respiratory side effects.
I think it should be treated like any other leafy green. It could be a great way to get guys and kids to eat their vegetables.

I think it should be treated like any other leafy green. It could be a great way to get guys and kids to eat their vegetables. After his (most recent) pot bust Willie Nelson said "I'm lucky it wasn't a bag of spinach. I could be dead right now!"

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
This is a useless government agency who's sole job is to keep dredging up quasi-research to keep justifying the anti-freedom, big mommy and daddy government so the the taxpayer funded drug war gravy train keeps rolling.
