I don't think there is such a thing as a 21-plane flyover. Good heavens, that would look like an invasion.
I think Fox labelled in incorrectly. Probably a twenty-something producer who got confused.

I am too!
That was a beautifully done funeral and recognition of a wonderful man's life and service to our country. The Ford family conducted themselves in such a way that we could all be very proud of, and I'm so sorry that they had to spend so much of their grieving in the public eye.
Thanks everyone for the thread, I learn so much more from the people on these threads, than from the media.
21 plane flyover? It was impossible to tell from the number of cuts the camera did, how many groupings of planes, but I only saw groups of 4. 21 is not divisible by 4.
Time to turn off FNC again, until they get some competent people.
