The Ethipians will not be playing by European Pansy rules, and as a result, in the end, the lives of tens of thousands of Somali women and hildren will be spared. The Ethiopians are not to be taken lightly. In his book "Pork Chop Hill" the historian S.L.A. Marshall devoted a couple of chapters to the exploits of the Ethiopian battalion in-country at the time the fighting was raging around Pork Chop. The Ethiopians kicked major butt out there and never left a dean or wounded soldier behind for the Chinese to find. No Ethiopian prisoners were ever taken. The Chinese were never able to identify who they were fighting and who was inflicting such losses on them with expertly conducted night ambushes and patrols. The Ethiopians may be sort of primitive and mostly illiterate, but they're natural born night fighters and are very hard to intimidate.
