You are free to begin doing that whenever you like.
Tricky one. On the one hand, it would be easy to join the 'I hate all Muslims' group and say something derogatory about the man and his wife. I don't like Islam. I really don't like the ones that wear the full burqua. I would like to see Bush nuke most of those countries and have done with it this evening.
On the other hand, if somebody said something about my wife in public like this, well, I would've done a lot worse than this Muslim fellow did.
Why did this guy wait so long to go to the police????
Where I come from (Georgia) it would have been a pretty bad honor type offense to say something about somebody's wife- particularly in public. In principle, it would be a killing offense. My best friend was killed when he was 19 because of a rumor that he said something about another friend of ours' mother. If this incident had happened where I come from, I wouldn't have been surprised if someone got shot. If it had happened to my wife, a head butt would've been the least of the other guy's concerns.
Religion of pieces bump
It's a religion of Peace
"The victim's wife made a comment directed to her husband that she thought it must be difficult for the woman wearing the veil to see out of it as it covered her face," a police spokesman said.Oh, yeah, that would be a perfectly reasonable response. Such an obviously derogatory comment needs to be punished. </sarcasm>
Already have.
There is that. Actions have consequences. Pity the man's wife wondered how well she could see through the mesh, isn't it?
And I do gotta give the møøslim props for hitting the husband, not the uppity, mouthy American woman.
But it didn't happen in the Republic of Georgia, did it? Would you do that to a guy in Edinburgh?
"And I do gotta give the møøslim props for hitting the husband, not the uppity, mouthy American woman."
Where does it say she was American?
Somehow 'uppity', 'mouthy' and 'woman' spells 'American'.
I am sooooo dead for saying that...
Hahaha!
Yeah, well......scroll up to the original article and explain to me how the wife said something truly "derogatory". Sounded like a simple observation to me......but maybe that's just me.
Alright you two troublemakers! Don't make me give you headbutts! :P
