You may not like it

Of the three, natural alternatives (posse comitatus, civil insurrection or judicial fiat) that may arise to deal with those not sheltered by Simpson Mazzoli, an ordered, judicially sanctioned, deportation schema is the least costly in terms of the disruption of domestic production, human life, societal upheaval and individual anguish.

The debate lies with the 14th Amendment.

Should I be deported to the Ukraine, 100 years and three generations later?

No.

To say that individuals should be held liable for the sins of their fathers and forefathers is the same logic that the liberals use to justify reparations.

In that spirit, "anchor babies" who have received automatic citizenship under U.S. law are now subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, and thus stripping them of their citizenship would be grossly unfair. Now, if their living non-U.S. citizen parents are still illegally present here, that is a totally different story.
