So does anybody know where a video of this encounter can be found?

Why would he be embarassed?
To: PJ-Comix
Let's see: he's a black kid being raised by white grandparents and he wants us to think the other kids teased him about his ears. Sure. A born politician.

Oh boy another "joke gone bad"
I thought it interesting that Rush was so blatent about the ears thing.
However the MSM must be gnashing their teeth as they want to bash Rush for being insensitive but don't want to reveal any flaw in their hero.

Maureen Dowd is a big bully.
Wonder if she'd like it if we teased her about her big ass or saggy breasts?.

I'm more concerned about his tiny resume rather than his big ears.

You know, I think that B.O. is just too darn sensitive for a Presidential run. If something like this is going to make the MSM run polls, imagine what a Obama Presidency would be like.
"Should President Obama wear his black tie or his green tie to tonight's dinner with President Tom? Answer online now at MSNBC.com"

And they want this guy as President? Are they kidding? Look at the bashing Bush gets, can you imagine.....oh wait, the MSM doesn`t bash Dimorat Presidents. They`re called "The greatest Presidents ever". Never mind.

Yea...he was joking about his ears like Faith Hill was joking when Kerri Underwood beat her out for female artist of the year.
To: PJ-Comix
Funny. Ross Perot had those big ears and he got a lot of mileage out of the puns for that...
his famous "I'm all ears" speech for example.

I think he was kidding, but with an element of truth in it, too. He's too smart to complain to journalist in all seriousness about the way his ears have been described. This isn't a big deal at all.

He was raised by white grandparents...would that mean one of his parents is white? Ok, so why do they (media) keep referring to him as black? Could he not as easily be referred to as white or mixed race?
