I don't see any armed guards in that picture, rock. Could the NYT be caught in another "misstatement" (aka lie)?

Obviously, we FReepers lack the "nuance" to spot the armed guards. If we had such "nuance," we would not only easily spot the armed guards and watchtowers, but we would also see the jack-booted thugs and torture facilities.

All of these poor people. There have been thousands of jobs left unfilled in NO and yet these folks sit in trailers and tell the world how poor they are.
Makes a lot of since doesn't it.
