Good idea. After all, Beethoven was deaf when he wrote his masterpieces.

Nothing like giving your 2A oponents ammo to mock all gun owners, is there?

Why not use a Phaser? If you set it for "stun", you even spare the critter. Will make PETA happy (maybe).

I have nothing against trying to help blind people, but if this law passes, who is going to be responsible when the first hunting accident occurs? The sighter, the blind person, or the legislators?

A: The Gun Manufacturer.

A sufficiently powerful laser could kill and cook the game simultaneously. What a boon for the blind!

Well, they won't have to worry about not pointing the laser in their eye...

Not to mention clear cutting the forest, getting rid of any birds flying over head and, if held just right, can even light ones cigarette................

"Hunters using sights under the proposed legislation would have to carry proof that they are legally blind."

This right here is the best part of the whole bill............

This legislature is in session far too much if they have time for this mischief.

Not counting the occasional special session, the Texas legislature is in session for 4 months every other year. And yes, they are in session far too much.
