Agreed, say what you will about McCain but he's got this right.

While I consider McCain to be the Antichrist, I must admit he is making perfect sense this time.

Sometimes he makes sense and seemsperfectly normal.

An alternative view is that McCain is trying to figure out what to say and do to ingratiate himself with the Republican base. That's why he moved to make amends with Falwell.
