As ALWAYS happens, the BIPARTISAN view winds up BEING the VIEW that is supported by left wing DEMOCRATS.
The panel didn't even CONSIDER the word VICTORY, much less the concept, but they overwhelmingly have embraced the concept of SURRENDER!!
